Silas Hollingsworth

Chief Information Officer

With 20+ years of hands-on technical and IT Management experience, Silas has spent most of his career implementing complex IT systems and leading teams through completion of value-adding projects and solutions. Silas values efficiency and has a passion to live out SOS's mission of serving companies that serve people; with excellence and precision. Silas enjoys spending time outdoors camping with his wife and 3 boys.

Barry Etter

Principal Software Architect

Barry has over 25 years of experience with software development, most of which was spent on high performance enterprise applications. He has worked extensively with Microsoft technologies including TFS, Visual Studio and Azure; and cloud-based frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). In his spare time, he enjoys running with his wife, tennis and astrophotography.

Traci Schell

Director of Sales and Operations

As a seasoned sales and business development professional with over 15 years’ experience in both financial and IT organizations, Traci values the importance of both relationship building and service excellence. She takes pride in being the “go-to person” for each of her clients. In Traci’s free time, you can find her cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.

Caroline Clements

Marketing and Customer Care Representative

Caroline has a background in higher education recruitment and enrollment management services. She is enthusiastic about transferring her skillset to the IT industry. Passionate about advocating for her clients, Caroline is dedicated to helping organizations meet their unique needs and goals. On the weekends, you can probably find Caroline at a live music event.

Pam Clements

CHRO

Trained as a teacher, Pam has always had the desire to work with people. She is a passionate and dedicated Human Resources professional and has been involved in the work at SOS since 2014. Pam's approach to HR is characterized by a people-centric mindset, in which she prioritizes fairness, transparency, and equity. Outside of work, Pam loves to read and spend time with her family and their sweet tuxedo cat, Zada.

Russell McDaniel

Financial Advisor

With over 30 years of experience and strong performance working with high-growth companies, Russell is responsible for the accounting and financial operations of SOS. He is a goal-oriented professional, diligent in his leadership of corporate planning, and passionate about client relations, positive results and outstanding customer service. He enjoys boating at the lake with his family and attending Ole Miss football games.

Kevin Westbrook

Sales and Marketing Advisor

Kevin Westbrook has 35 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and training across industries, for transportation, retailing, manufacturing, technology, and services companies. Kevin holds a Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Memphis, has been a business professor for over 20 years, and is a tenured graduate Professor of Marketing. Kevin enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and playing music.
